This place is unbelievable. I feel like I am living in an oasis with all the conveniences of living in the middle of the city. You can get to just about anywhere you want to go in 10 or 15 minutes. I have never seen an apartment complex run like this before. It is owned and operated by owners who are there most of the time and take care of the property and the tenant's concerns whenever service is needed. You feel like they care, and it makes you think about how things used to be. They are very honest and fair to deal with. Check this place out if you want to be treated right…

This apartment complex has easy access to 71 and is located 10 to 15 minutes from Easton, Polaris, and downtown. I have been living here since May 2012. After looking at the apartment and meeting the manager/owner, I was convinced this was the place for me. In June 2012 when the major storm hit on a Friday evening, we were without power for 6 days. On Friday around 10 pm the manager stopped by the complex to check on us. Over the next 6 days, the manager would text me updates in reference to the power outage. The owners are onsite throughout the week and even sometimes on the weekends. The property is well maintained, Anytime I have had an issue it was taken care of promptly. They have an "I care attitude" They do an excellent job at screening applicants and making sure they rent to responsible tenants.

Like the other reviews, this place is in one word—Amazing. This is my second rental location since moving to Columbus two years ago, and I could not have found a better place than this complex. The tenants throughout are friendly, and the grounds are always well maintained. Close to freeway access and minutes to downtown and other shopping locations, i.e.--Polaris and Easton. I see the owners onsite almost daily and will always take time to chat with you to make sure all is well and answer any questions you may have. Quiet, clean, and convenient. In my honest opinion, this is the template for how a great renting experience should be. The utilities are super low, not to mention the washer and dryers inside the apartment!! This is truly a place to call home because that’s what it feels like, a great neighborhood setting inside well well-maintained community. Everything I was told by the managers was true; low bills, a quiet community, and a friendly atmosphere. If you’re tired of subpar renting and living conditions, look no further than this gem of a community.

Tell you what, would just as soon keep this place to myself, but I have to be fair to the people who run this place, just as the other review said this place is unbelievable. Once you become a tenant here, you call, text, or email them about a concern, and they are on it right now. I have never had that kind of response at any other place I have lived. I will say, though, that They are sticklers about the rent being on time. Although I do know of some who have had financial problems, and they have worked with them. Still, just make sure if you move in here, you are prepared to have your rent paid on time every month. I guess when it comes right down to it, you get what you pay for though, it’s probably why they can take care of the tenants the way they do.

This place doesn’t have a playground, basketball courts, pool, or social club. WHO CARES! What they do have is convenience to everything and owners who make you feel like you are number 1. Almost everybody that lives here is working couples or singles, so you don’t see any crazy stuff going on here. If you are a partier, don’t waste your time applying here. You won’t last. They won’t tolerate it. From what I have seen, they treat all the tenants with respect. If they have trouble with someone from time to time, they will try to talk to them and work it out for the benefit of everyone or encourage them to move on. If that doesn’t settle it, they will put you out in a heartbeat. Same comment on the rent. If you are not consistent with paying your rent on time, you might want to look somewhere else. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that they don’t have every amenity, but I guess if they did, I probably couldn’t afford the rent. Nice place to live…..

Communication with management is easy, and they are very accessible and provide personal attention when required. Much better than renting from a large company because the property owners live nearby and are quick to respond to any concerns. Good location - close to major highways and plenty of access to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. on the other side of 71. Plenty of parking is available for residents and guests if needed. Generally very quiet community that is removed from the road, giving it a somewhat secluded atmosphere. Most residents seemed very friendly, but in general, everyone tended to keep to themselves. Rent and utilities were very affordable. The only issues we experienced: from the bottom apartment you could hear the person above walking around and could hear TV noise at times from above us. The pantry for food storage was great, but there was not a substantial amount of storage room for larger items like a bicycle, although this is to be expected from something this size/price range.

I believe I moved in July 2012. I know I'm nearing my full 2 years as a tenant. I can say that with interviewing the landlord, his words have remained true to me regarding living conditions, tenants, atmosphere, accountability, and being accessible/approachable. I have had no issues or concerns with the landlord of the property. I have had very small concerns with a neighbor and some small fixes in the apartment, and these matters were taken into the landlord's hands very promptly. I am happy here, and I can tell the other neighbors respect the property and respect each other. I'm so glad that I found this place to spend the last couple of years!

The management is awesome, call or text, and they are on the issue right away. Very clean environment. The units are well-kept. I have an issue with my credit. They worked with me on that.24-hour security. 2 bedrooms and a very reasonable price. Truly a haven, I love my new home. I would recommend this place to a friend. {two thumbs up and 5 stars}

A good place to live! I have lived in different communities before, but never have I felt as comfortable and safe as I do here. The management always seems to be around on the grounds, continually making improvements. You can easily reach them if you have a problem with something, and they are very easy to communicate with. I was concerned when I first moved in because I wasn’t sure about the area, but I quickly found out that everyone who lives here seems to be in tune with who is coming and going, and if something doesn’t look right, management is notified, and it is promptly taken care of. I think most people living here like the fact that you are kind of tucked away in your little private community right in the middle of the city. Great location for getting to work and around town, really convenient…

My husband and I enjoy living at Osborne Property Apartments for several reasons.

Price: It is affordable and a great value for the quality of the apartment. We looked at many places where their prices were slightly higher but with not much difference in quality. Washer and dryer hook-up: We could not find many choices in our price range with washers and hookups. Made our lives easier by not going to a common laundry mat.

Great staff: Chris, the landlord, is great at communicating with the tenants. You can text him if something needs to be fixed, and he will come and fix it for you. It is good to have a landlord who cares about his tenants and wants to help.

Location: It is off exit 114 on 71, and it is very close to the highway entrance/exit. It is very convenient to get on the highway, but it is not too close where you would hear the cars going by. It is located about 10–15 minutes from Easton, Polaris, OSU…etc.

Overall, we are satisfied with living here. It is affordable and good quality for the price.

Location, location, location! If you are in search of a clean, quiet, and well-maintained apartment, that is also within 10 minutes of everything in Columbus, please contact Osborne Properties for a showing. My husband and I have been very happy tenants for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with the property. Management is on-site almost every day and will always take a moment to ask if everything is ok. We recently had an issue with the bathroom, and they were in the unit, the next day, to address the repairs. Management definitely screens well and neighbors are kind and friendly. Rent and utilities are extremely affordable and include a unit with washer/dryer hookups. All-in-all, a great living experience and a wonderful place to call home.

I've been with Osborne Properties on Maize Rd for almost 3 years. Chris Osborne and his family are wonderful and courteous landlords, which is rare. I researched a ton of different apartments before I chose to live here. Take it from someone who has lived in dozens of apartments, this place is a deal! The surrounding area may look a little sketchy, but I haven't had a single incident in almost 3 years. These apartments are tucked away so they don't get ANY traffic other than the nice folks that live in these apartments. You will not find better apartments at this price!

I got really lucky when I was looking for an apartment for my wife and me. Three years ago I met Chris to see the model unit and instantly was drawn to how clean, updated, and efficient the apartments were. We signed on within a week and I have never regretted the decision for a moment. Chris and his dad run the whole complex as if they lived here themselves, you will always have easy access to your landlord, and best of all they are responsive. Any issue minor or major with the unit is met with an immediate plan of action and follow-up on the issue. If you are looking for a very affordable apartment where you won't be neglected as a tenant, look no further.

I lived in Columbus for more than five years. I tried different apartments every year. Out of the previous experiences, this apartment was the greatest. The landlord comes to the apartment complex to check if everything works properly. He is always there to clean and renovate the place. He takes good care of the apartment. There is no better place to live than Columbus! I loved my apartment with Osborne Properties and couldn't have been happier with my renting experience. My wife and I have been living in one of these apartments for a little over two years now, and it's been a great place the whole time. It's a quiet neighborhood that is close to the highway, and not far away from anything you could want. The apartment is very affordable, and well maintained before move-in, and if there are any issues the landlord is quick to take care of the problem. It allows small pets and has two bedrooms, not to mention lots of storage space and a walk-in pantry. Honestly, I will be staying here until it's time to get a house because I don't think another apartment would give me what I have here.

We loved staying at the house we rented from the Osborne’s, a very nice place with nice appliances. They always kept up with the yard work, and just recently paved the driveway and parking lots (which looks amazing). The surrounding areas of the properties are nice and quiet. Also, very convenient to anywhere you’re trying to go to in the city. Only minutes away from the freeway. They took great care of us while we lived there. In my 10 years of renting, I’ve never had a landlord care about their tenets the way they do.

Alright! Location is everything. Do you need to hit the freeway? Boom! It's 30 seconds. Do you need to grab a bite to eat? It's down the road. I stayed here for the last 6 months, and I am very pleased. It's safe, it's clean, it's near almost everything. I haven't had any issues with my neighbors, people are very nice and friendly. If you need something done it's easy, all you need is to make a call it'll most likely get done that day or the next. Management is superb here. They are friendly and very understanding. I'd live here for years unless I buy a house. Yards and walkways are always taken care of. The area around the apartments is always clean. Easy to move and plenty of parking space. It's a quiet and very nice place. I would recommend Osborne Properties to anyone and everyone! Give them a call and come take a look for yourself. They are the best!
